Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Pool Maintenance Technician to service residential and/or commercial swimming pools. This role is responsible for routine cleaning, water testing, chemical balancing, and basic equipment checks to ensure pools are safe, clean, and operating properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean pools by skimming, brushing, and vacuuming
- Test water chemistry and add appropriate chemicals
- Inspect pumps, filters, heaters, and other equipment
- Perform routine filter cleanings and minor repairs
- Maintain accurate service records
- Communicate service updates and recommendations to customers
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment
Qualifications
- Prior pool maintenance or related experience preferred but not required (training available)
- Knowledge of water chemistry and pool systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
