Job description:
This individual will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist project manager with scheduling and client communication.
- Assist in contract management and provide support to Office Administrators, Vendors, Subs, and Others.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of office administration experience.
- Ability to be a self-starter and multitask.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Local to the Mooresville/Lake Norman area.
