We were very satisfied with our decision to use Chad and his team during our recent home expansion and remodel project. They were professional, courteous, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. This was our first time getting involved with construction of this scale and Chad offered great advice for several pool and patio changes that have really \”wowed\” our guests when we entertain. Chad Goodin was responsive during all phases of the project and suggested good ideas and solutions to problems. He provided good supervision to the sub-contractors on site, and the quality of the build was good. There was no gap in the scheduling of the trades, which allowed the project to be completed ahead of schedule. I’d use them again and recommend them to others.

We undertook a huge renovation/addition and thought it was going to be more stressful than it was. Throughout the duration of the project, Chad and his team’s communication was excellent. His great attention to detail along with his eye on how to cut costs without compromising quality or integrity were invaluable. When glitches occurred, the situation was dealt with immediately & professionally until the situation was resolved with vendor or supplier. Chad and his crew were very friendly, capable, respectful, professional, and lots of fun. Chad listened as we explained what work we needed done and what our expectations were. His job was to redo the siding on the back of our 3-year-old home, as our original contractor used poor-quality materials. He found additional problems and fixed them, too. Chad was always available to us when we needed him and was eager to meet or exceed our expectations. At the end of each day, the workers cleaned up. My husband and I were very, very pleased with Chad, his crew, and the quality of their work. I HIGHLY recommend him.

This builder is extremely easy to work with and has a lot of integrity. We have been very impressed with the quality of his work and great responsiveness to any issues that might arise. He and his crew had had great ideas on improving the architect’s design and more importantly coming up with ideas and solutions for things that didn’t end up looking right as shown on the prints.

We have built seven custom homes for ourselves in the last 40 years. I have also done several commercial buildings, both light industrial and office. We now live in FL and would be doing this house on Lake Norman long distance, our third such absentee project. Of all of our experiences in both residential and commercial, Chad and his team were absolutely phenomenal and are at the top of our list of builders. In July 2015, I asked him for a completion date, and he told me, \”the end of May/beginning of June 2016.” We had our CO the end of the first week in June! Not too typical in the building industry. The quality of his subs (a key point in building) was for the most part very good, with one problem that Chad immediately rectified. There was little or no down time between subs. Lisa, his admin manger, made it extremely easy for us as she was very proactive and thorough in dealing with all the ordering and scheduling issues. She also did a great job of managing us, which can be a time killer on any project. Above making this a very low stress project, they were downright fun to work with. We would highly recommend them for any custom residential project.

I hired Chad Goodin’s firm to build a 3,600 sq ft, 2-story, custom lakefront home on Lake Norman in Mooresville, NC. The scope of the project included demolition through new construction. The project was completed on time. I found Chad, himself, and his entire team to be highly professional, competent, and communicative. I was always made to feel like their top priority. A couple of minor follow-up items that have popped up after the CO was issued have been promptly taken care of, which speaks volumes about the integrity of Chad, his employees, and his relationship with his subcontractors. I would definitely endorse this firm.
