Chad Goodin Signature Homes is a Mooresville based specialty contractor that offers quality services and products to the residential home construction and pool and outdoor space markets – in need of an office assistant to work at our Mooresville location.

Job description:

This individual will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Assist project manager with scheduling and client communication.
  • Assist in contract management and provide support to Office Administrators, Vendors, Subs, and Others.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of office administration experience.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and multitask.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Local to the Mooresville/Lake Norman area.
